Nanak Appetizers/Snacks

Nanak's appetizers and snacks include Paneer Pakora, Bread Pakora, Aloo Tikki, and Veggie Kebabs. They are great to serve in parties, or to nibble on in between meals.

Paneer Pakora (Approximately 12 Pieces)

 

Paneer Pakoras are made with cubes of paneer marinated in mint sauce and battered in chick pea flour with a blend of Indian spices and deep fried. They are excellent as a snack, or as an appetizer for parties. They are enjoyed by people throughout South Asia.

Bread pakora is a popular street food, and is also found in cafeterias all over India. It has a delicious blend of spicy mint sauce, potatoes, and vegetables sandwiched between bread slices.

Aloo Tikki (12 Pieces)

 

Aloo Tikkis, or potato patties, are are a North Indian snack found at almost every chaat shop or street stall throughout India. They are made with boiled potatoes which are then pan-fried, and have a stuffing of paneer and peas. They can be served with tamarind, mint and coriander chutneys.
