Kesar Rasmalai is a dessert consisting of a patty made from Indian cottage cheese which is soaked in saffron-flavored cooked milk.

Rasogolla (20 Pieces)

 

Rasogollas are made from chhena (an Indian cottage cheese), and are kneaded into small balls and cooked in sugar syrup.

Gajar Halwa (35 oz.) (Gluten free)

 

Gajar Halwa is prepared by cooking shredded carrots in milk, thus drying its water content. It is then sweetened and further cooked in ghee and flavored with cardamom and garnished with cashews and raisins. Hot gajar halwa is perfect for a cold winter day!

Moong Daal Halwa (35 oz.)

 

Moong Daal Halwa is prepared by grinding soaked yellow lentils into a coarse paste. It is then cooked in ghee over medium heat with continuous stirring for over two hours, and is then sweetened and garnished with cashews and almonds.

Kaju Katli (24 Pieces) (Gluten free)

 

Kaju Katli is an Indian sweet similar to burfi made from cashew nuts.

Angoori Gulabjamun (Approximately 20 Pieces)

 

Angoori Gulabjamun are made from khoa, and are kneaded into small balls in dough and deep fried. They are then cooked in sugar syrup and flavored with cardamom.
