Khoa (12 oz.) (Gluten free)

Khoa is made by simmering full-fat milk in a pot for several hours. The gradual vaporization of water leaves coagulated milk solids which is khoa. It is used in sweets such as pedha, gulab jamun, barfi and gajar halwa as well as vegetable dishes.

Ghee (14 oz., 28 oz. and 56 oz.) (Gluten free)

Ghee is made by simmering sweet butter. When all the water has evaporated milk solids settle to the bottom. The ghee then goes through a clarifying machine to purify it and increase its quality. Ghee is an ideal fat for deep frying because its smoke point of 485° F (252° C) is well above typical cooking temperatures of 392° F (200° C) and the smoke point of most vegetables oils.

Nanak Ghee has 0 grams of trans fat per serving. Ghee is used for garnishing rice, chapatis, and as an offering to deities. It is also used for sweets and with meals.
